Refund and Returns Policy

If you encounter an issue with your oder, please feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns by emailing hello@courseandwaletea.com.


If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.


We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Since we offer discounted shipping on all U.S. orders, we’re unable to provide return shipping labels unless the return is due to a quality control issue.


For opened tea returns, we’re happy to offer store credit. Please email us photos of any defects, along with your order number, so we can assess whether a return is necessary (e.g., damaged or defective items).


Non-food items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. 


If you received an item as a gift, we can provide store credit for future purchases once the item is returned.


To expedite your return, please include a copy of your packing slip with a note indicating whether you prefer a replacement item or a store credit.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, we’ll gladly reship it for a $5.50 fee.


If the package is refused, a $6.00 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
