Often referred to as “Red Bush Tea”, Rooibos is a unique herbal tea from South Africa. Naturally caffeine-free, Rooibos has a sweet, nutty flavor with hints of caramel, vanilla, and a slight smokiness.
Recommended Steep: 5–7 minutes in freshly boiled water (around 100°C or 212°F).
5 minutes: Produces a light, sweet cup with subtle earthy and vanilla-like notes.
7 minutes: Deepens the flavor, bringing out the richer, honeyed tones that rooibos is known for.
Since Rooibos doesn’t become bitter, you can steep it longer if desired for an even stronger, more robust infusion. Enjoy your smooth, aromatic cup!
