A light, mild variant of old-favorite Earl Grey, this blend combines the traditional bergamot-flavored black tea with the addition of blue cornflower petals, offering a unique taste and lovely appearance.

Recommend steeping: 3–4 minutes in water just off the boil (around 90–95°C or 194–203°F).

A 3-minute steep brings out the subtle flavors of the black tea and bergamot, while 4 minutes will give a more pronounced taste and aroma. Longer steeping might make it bitter, so taste as you go to find your ideal strength.
